As part of CJ CheilJedang’s HQ Marketing, our Experiential Marketing Team leads experience-driven marketing initiatives that deliver a consistent and engaging brand experience for consumers around the world. Grounded in strategic thinking and global insights, we plan and execute campaigns that creatively connect brand messages with consumers across diverse cultural contexts.
From digital touchpoints to on-site activations, we manage the full end-to-end (E2E) consumer journey, ensuring every brand interaction is consistent, engaging, and impactful. Through close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, we strive to realize integrated marketing that bridges global and local, ensuring CJ’s brand vision is delivered in a clear and consistent way to consumers. [What You’ll Do]
1. Global Campaign Planning & Management
-Plan and execute experience-driven brand/product campaigns based on strategic objectives
-Define campaign goals, develop key milestones, manage budgets and execution flow
-Collaborate with HQ and local marketing teams to ensure effective global rollout
2. Campaign Execution & Oversight
-Oversee E2E execution across content development, on-site activations, and social media
-Manage external partners including media, creative, and production agencies
-Monitor campaign performance and extract insights to optimize future strategies
3. Global Partnership Activation
-Plan and execute global partnerships with cultural content platforms (e.g., sports, entertainment, gaming)
-Ensure brand consistency in joint campaigns and align with internal brand guidelines
-Lead cross-functional communication with legal, product, and design teams to ensure smooth implementation
