업무내용

[What you do]

1. Lead Global Website Development & Operations

-Lead end-to-end planning, development, and optimization of global brand websites.
-Manage multilingual content delivery and experience consistency using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or
  equivalent CMS platforms.
-Ensure platform scalability, accessibility, SEO, and UX best practices.

2. Brand Content Strategy & Digital Campaign Support

-Translate brand and marketing strategies into digital content frameworks and journeys.
-Collaborate with creative, content, and regional teams to localize and scale experiences.
-Continuously monitor user behavior and content performance using Adobe Analytics or GA4.

3. Digital Experience Optimization

-Apply insights from Adobe Analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
-Leverage tools like Adobe Target to create, manage, and A/B test personalized customer experiences.
-Improve conversion and engagement through user segmentation, targeting, and campaign iterations.

4. Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

-Act as a key project lead coordinating across HQ, local markets, agencies, and technology teams.
-Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using Agile tools (e.g., Jira,Confluence).


5. Leadership in Digital Execution

-(Consulting or Agency Experience) Serve as a lead digital strategist or PM for global website and platform rollouts.
-(HQ Experience) Own digital operations across global domains, governing platform standards and delivery models.


6. Digital Stack Integration & MarTech Implementation

-Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate Adobe solutions with CRM, CDP, and marketing automation systems.
Support roadmap development for scalable, future-ready digital ecosystems.

지원자격

-7+ years of experience in digital transformation, web platform management, or digital marketing.
-Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including:
     1) Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – content modeling, templates, authoring, publishing

     2) Adobe Analytics – dashboarding, segment building, journey analysis

     3) Adobe Target – personalization, multivariate testing, audience targeting

-Proven experience in leading global or regional website projects and digital platform operations.
-Strong knowledge of customer experience (CX), digital storytelling, and marketing performance metrics.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-Business-level English fluency.

우대사항

-Experience working with or managing Adobe implementation partners or system integrators.
-Adobe certifications (e.g., AEM Sites Architect, Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner).
-Familiarity with Adobe Launch, Adobe Workfront, or integrations with CRM platform.
-Background in working in global HQ or top-tier digital/creative agency environments.
